Born out of a frustration of the market saturation in the peanut butter cup category, as well as a very complicated, tenuous past with peanut butter cups themselves, Zimt's founder, Emma instead decided to create something less triggering and more enjoyable. 

Enter the Peanut Butter Caramel Crunch Bar- and it is a treat and a half

 Kind of like better finger. 🙃

Two candy bar pieces per pack! (Please don't get understandably confused by the photo of one such piece cut in half. It is still just one piece. There are two such pieces per pack. *pfewf*)

cocoa nibs, coconut sugar, cocoa butter, coconut flakes, coconut nectar, peanut butter, sea salt.

This is part of our Zero Waste Candy Bar collection! Wrapped in paper that we use for covering the centres in our chocolate. It's a machine... that... anyway. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle is recited in a particular order for a reason!

Please keep your chocolate them in cool (preferably between 13 °C and 21 °C) conditions. This is to keep the chocolate in temper. Salted Vanilla Bean Caramel Macaroons and Drinking Chocolate Mix are also best kept below 25°C. Perishable items- please keep them in the fridge or freezer.

All dark Zimt chocolate is made with our eighty percent (80%) cocoa content.  Peppermint Nib’d, Sweet Orange Nib’d and Chocolate Nib’d bars have a slightly higher than 80% cocoa content. Our milkless varieties have a much smaller percentage, and our White Stuff base essentially can be at a zero- there is plenty of cocoa butter, but folks are generally interested in the dark chocolate content. 

Yes! Works great if you want to keep a recipe completely cane sugar free.
